    i am very sad to write that your customer service who r not able to resolve
    my problem from 19th August.

    every day they need 1 more day to resolve my problem.

    if flipkart have no power to return product where 30 day replacement policy
    is running.please close this policy u r no authorized to misdirect
    consumer.

    if not able to return then should deny i will repair my Mobile.

    i really ashamed myself that i am a register user of Flipkart.

I have also reported this error to executive officer but didn’t received any kind of satisfying action. Whom should I ask for help and who is responsible plz do let me know. I have paid for this mobile and now I want my money back.
    Plz don’t write assured on items if you can’t give assurance to consumers….we are not fools.
    Kindly take pain to resolve my problem as soon as possible and let me also tell you that I m not at all satisfied with the product and services. This is not the way you should fool people purchasing products online
